Nekada bol može da bude lokalizovan na netipičnom mestu: između lopatica, u ramenu (če&amp;scaron;će levom),u stomaku, u ča&amp;scaron;ici ili samo u laktu. Traje od minut do 10 minuta, ponekad i do 20 minuta. Obično prestaje posle uzimanja tablete Nitroglicerina i odmora. Uz bol se oseća slabost, obamrlost i strah.Često dolazi i do hladnog preznoavanja. Bol je često praćen skokom krvnog pritiska. EKG pokazuje u toku bola znake ishemije ,a po prestanku bola se normalizuje.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Bolesnik oseća da se bol, koji je izuzetno jak, pojačava.Javlja se uznemirenost,strah od smrti.Bol je često praćen iznenadnom slabo&amp;scaron;ću i malaksalo&amp;scaron;ću, preznojavanjem i osećajem nedostatka vazduha.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Ako je previ&amp;scaron;e hladno, ili duva vetar, obavezno staviti &amp;scaron;al preko usta i nosa, jer hladan vazduh izaziva spazam i bol u grudima.
